Leasing Services You Will Receive

  • Assistance in determining market lease price.
  • Providing expert recommendations to get your home in optimal leasing condition.
  • Updates regarding changes in the leasing market, along with appropriate recommendations.
  • Implementation of a strategic marketing plan; including advertisement on 10 plus marketing sites.
  • Attend all showings to prospective tenants.
  • Timely presentation of all potential lease offers, along with assistance in evaluating the options.
  • Regular progress updates during the initial leasing process and until its completion. Process includes:
    • Make sure the Rental Application is filled out completely.
    • Residents perform background and credit check.
    • Verify income and employment.
    • Draft lease for both parties to review.
    • Collect any other documentation if necessary.
  • Immediate notification of any event that could possibly threaten the close of the lease.
  • Collection of all necessary funds to be held in my Brokerage Trust Account and prompt distribution of funds to all involved parties.
  • Assistance with any significant issues that may arise with the tenant.
  • Assistance with the coordination of both the move-in and move-out, including completing the final walk-through.
  • Follow-up two months prior to the current tenant vacating to determine future leasing needs and to begin the marketing process in a timely manner, should the owner so desire to do so.
