Once the initial leasing terms are accepted, there are timely steps that need to take place, each with a certain deadline. I will collect the tenants application; background and credit check; verification of income and employment and other forms needed for you to make a final decision.
I ensure all leasing documents are prepared as expected for final signatures; coordinate funds are transferred to your account and do the move-in/out checklist with the tenant. Dedication to you doesn't end at closing as I continue to stay in touch every three months until the lease terms ends.
