Buyer Services You Will Receive

  • I will work with you to help you get pre-approved for a mortgage if need be. Sellers and their agents know that a pre-approved buyer is serious and prepared to close on a property quickly. Also, if offering on a bank-owned property, a pre-approval letter will be required to even submit the offer.
  • Provide immediate access to any new listing that meets your search criteria.
  • Preview all new listings, Internet listings, Open Houses, and For Sale By Owners that suit your home requirements.
  • Provide a comprehensive market evaluation of all properties you choose to view using the Multiple Listing Service.
  • Offer step-by-step communication of all processes leading to the transaction closing.
  • Provide consultation and recommendations of the written offer to purchase, with terms approved by you.
  • Talk with you to review progress periodically.
  • Advise you of changes in the market climate.
  • Monitor progress toward buying when a contract is accepted.
  • Monitor the appraisal and buyer's loan approval.
  • Immediately advise you of events that may threaten to close.
  • Coordinate and monitor the settlement/closing process.
  • I will direct you to great lenders/title companies/appraisers/home warranty companies and other services in need.
  • Attend your closing and ensure all closing documents are prepared as expected.
  • Yearly CMA and Market Snapshot of your home.
