  • Your home will be advertised for potential buyers to view on the MLS, my personal website (featured listing section), Zillow, multiple sites and social media sites.
  • Present all offers to you promptly and assist in evaluating them.
  • Talk with you to review progress periodically.
  • Advise you of changes in the market climate.
  • Monitor the progress toward closing when a contract is accepted.
  • Monitor the appraisal and buyer's loan approval.
  • Immediately advise you of events that may threaten to close.
  • Coordinate and monitor the settlement process.
